Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem!

  • Regular-Priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Clearance and Sale items are returnable within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all retail tags attached.
  • Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Cash refunds may need to be refunded to a credit or debit card.

Have an issue with your order?

  • If you are missing item(s) or were shipped the incorrect item(s), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will research the issue to see how we can make things right!
  • Lost or stolen packages must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will file the claim with UPS.

To return an online order:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your securely packaged return. If you do not have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number and any order details you may have. Your refund could be delayed if we can't identify your original order.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We recommend using a trackable, insured method for shipping your return(s). UPS is our recommended service for return packages as they deliver to us daily.
