Return Policy
Need to make a return? No problem!
- Regular-Priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Clearance and Sale items are returnable within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all retail tags attached.
- Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Cash refunds may need to be refunded to a credit or debit card.
Have an issue with your order?
- If you are missing item(s) or were shipped the incorrect item(s), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will research the issue to see how we can make things right!
- Lost or stolen packages must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will file the claim with UPS.
To return an online order:
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your securely packaged return. If you do not have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number and any order details you may have. Your refund could be delayed if we can't identify your original order.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We recommend using a trackable, insured method for shipping your return(s). UPS is our recommended service for return packages as they deliver to us daily.

- Refunds will be processed upon receipt at the Pioneer Shop and could take 3-5 business days to post to your original payment method. Sorry, original shipping fees are non-returnable.
Textbook Returns:
- We are not able to process textbook returns in store. Textbook return instructions can be found in the "How to guides" on the Bookstore page of the student portal.
